Strenuous exercise should be avoided for 4–6 weeks. While you will look significantly better within the first month, the final refined result emerges gradually over 12 months as residual swelling fully subsides — particularly at the nasal tip.

However, fillers cannot reduce the size of the nose, correct breathing issues, or deliver the permanent, comprehensive results of surgical rhinoplasty.
