About Our Practice
At Rhinoplasty in Las Vegas, we believe every nose tells a story — and every patient deserves a result that feels authentically theirs. Our board-certified surgeons specialize exclusively in rhinoplasty, bringing unparalleled focus, technical mastery, and an artist's eye to every procedure.
Unlike general plastic surgery practices, our singular dedication to nasal surgery means you benefit from the deepest level of expertise available. We combine cutting-edge surgical techniques with a thorough understanding of facial harmony, ensuring your results look natural, balanced, and beautifully proportioned — never "done."

The Procedure
Rhinoplasty — commonly called a "nose job" — is one of the most technically demanding and artistically nuanced procedures in plastic surgery. It reshapes the nose to improve its appearance, its function, or both.
Reshape and refine the nose to achieve better facial harmony. Address humps, wide bridges, bulbous tips, asymmetry, and nostril size — creating a nose that complements your natural features.
Correct structural issues that impair breathing — including deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, and collapsed nasal valves. Improve airflow and quality of life while enhancing appearance.
Correct unsatisfactory results from a previous nose surgery. Our surgeons have extensive experience in complex revision cases, restoring both aesthetics and function with precision and care.
Dermal fillers can temporarily smooth bumps, lift the tip, and improve symmetry — a non-invasive option for patients exploring changes before committing to surgery.
Your Journey
Meet one-on-one with your surgeon to discuss your goals, review your facial anatomy, and explore your options. We use advanced imaging to help you visualize potential results.
Your surgeon designs a custom plan tailored to your unique facial proportions, skin type, and aesthetic goals — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Performed at an accredited surgical facility under general anesthesia, the procedure typically takes 1.5–3 hours. Open or closed technique is selected based on your specific needs.
Most patients return to normal activities within 2–3 weeks. Splints are removed at 7–10 days. Final results emerge over 12 months as swelling fully resolves.
A natural, beautiful nose that harmonizes with your face — results that are permanent, confidence-boosting, and authentically yours.

Ask Us AnythingThere is no single "perfect" age — readiness depends more on physical development and personal motivation than a specific number. For younger patients, the nose should be fully developed, which typically occurs around age 15–17 for girls and 16–18 for boys. Many adults choose rhinoplasty later in life as well, whether to refine the nose's shape, address breathing concerns, or correct changes that occur with aging. There is no upper age limit for healthy patients.
Most patients return to work and light social activities within 10–14 days after the splint is removed. Bruising and swelling around the eyes typically resolve within 2–3 weeks. Strenuous exercise should be avoided for 4–6 weeks. While you will look significantly better within the first month, the final refined result emerges gradually over 12 months as residual swelling fully subsides — particularly at the nasal tip.
In closed rhinoplasty, all incisions are made inside the nostrils, leaving no visible external scars. In open rhinoplasty, a small incision is made across the columella (the tissue between the nostrils). This incision is expertly placed in a natural crease and typically heals to a nearly invisible fine line. Our surgeons use meticulous closure techniques to minimize any visible scarring.
Yes — rhinoplasty is commonly combined with chin augmentation (to improve facial balance), septoplasty (to correct a deviated septum), or other facial procedures. Combining procedures means a single anesthesia event and one recovery period. Your surgeon will discuss which combinations are safe and appropriate for your specific anatomy and goals during your consultation.
The cost of rhinoplasty varies depending on the complexity of the procedure, the technique used, anesthesia fees, and facility costs. A precise quote is provided following your consultation, once your surgeon has assessed your specific needs. We offer financing options to make your transformation accessible. We encourage you to focus on quality and expertise rather than price alone — rhinoplasty is a highly technical procedure where experience directly impacts your results.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty using dermal fillers can temporarily address certain concerns — such as smoothing a small hump or lifting a drooping tip — and is a useful way for some patients to preview potential changes before committing to surgery. However, fillers cannot reduce the size of the nose, correct breathing issues, or deliver the permanent, comprehensive results of surgical rhinoplasty. We offer both options and will help you determine which approach best aligns with your goals.
Rhinoplasty is performed under general anesthesia, so you will feel nothing during the procedure. Post-operatively, most patients describe the discomfort as mild to moderate — more pressure and congestion than sharp pain. Prescribed pain medication manages any discomfort effectively. The majority of patients are pleasantly surprised by how manageable the recovery is. Swelling and bruising are the most notable aspects of recovery, not pain.
